Colorful balloons (at least 6 different colors)
White wire
Wire cutter
Balloon Inflator
Step 1: Start by inflating balloon. Inflate 4 balloons of same color (each layer of arch required 4 balloons).
Step 2: Tie 2 balloons of same color together. Repeat the process with the other two balloons.
Step 3: Twist the two pairs with each other. You will get a quad of four balloons.

Step 9: Tie them around both the ends of wire.
